Deck
On Deck:
Vistali has a full teak deck, including on the coach roof. The cockpit is well protected by full size combings and substantial spray dodger and bimini with all sailing controls leading to this area. A large single steering wheel with Elk-hide wrap is mounted on a pedestal positioned aft in the cockpit with Suunto compass, chart plotter and hydraulic sailing function controls in easy reach to the helmsman. The transom seat opens to access gas bottle storage and hatch to lazarette storage area and steering gear. A swim ladder hinges off the transom and there is a fresh water hot/cold shower in the aft cockpit. The forward sail locker is large enough for a gennaker plus fenders, mooring lines, and other gear. All deck hardware is mostly Harken with Lewmar winches. The deck layout lends itself perfectly to short-handed, long-range cruising.

Ground Tackle
The Lewmar V3 12V Windlass with remote was replaced 2018. 45lb CQR anchor and 50 metres of DIN766 10mm chain (10m internal marks) plus 48m 18mm 6 strand nylon warp. Additional Fortress Danforth anchor with suitable chain and warp included.
Covers
Full boat cover, canvas covers for steering wheel, spray dodger with external stainless-steel handrails, bimini with link sheet to dodger boom cover etc all replaced 2018.
Accommodation
Vistali is a 2-cabin layout with large central saloon and galley offset to port and aft. The interior is typical Swan style and finished in teak. The main saloon has a wrap-around leather sofa either side of a central dining table and outboard of the seating groups on both sides is storage and bookshelves. The saloon could accommodate two adults. To starboard alongside the companionway is the navigation station which has a seat for the nav table, and all navigation equipment outboard. There is also a large hanging locker for additional sailing equipment, jackets etc. and aft of the nav station is a head with hand basin, shower, and electric flush toilet. The saloon windows feature curtains all round to protect from the sun and provide privacy, all 3 large hatches have fly screens and shades fitted. Forward is the master stateroom with ensuite. Aft is a double cabin.
Forward Cabin:
This cabin is generously proportioned with a double bed and infill/foot well for better access if required. There is good storage and ensuite. Nice lighting and mobile 12v fan has also been fitted.
Aft Cabin:
The aft cabin on the forty-four features full head room as you enter the cabin and accommodates a larger than queen-sized bed. This cabin has great storage and excellent ventilation via large overhead hatch that opens to the cockpit. Access to the aft cabin is via the galley to port.
Bathrooms:
2 x bathrooms with hand basin in vanity, eye height storage, showers, and toilets (manual forward, electric aft). Aft toilet is connected to 80L stainless steel black water tank.

Nautor Swan pride themselves on the systems installs on their yachts, and the electrical systems are a highlight. The forty-four has a 12V DC house system with 240V shore power. A 240V/ 110V 2000 VA TORTECH Step-down transformer is located behind shore power inlets (new 2016) is for air-conditioner only. 240V outlet power internally. Custom Nautor Swan switch board is in the navigation station and provides users all fused breakers for comfort onboard. There are 2 x GPL 6CT Lifeline AGM house batteries for general service creating 300A/hrs located in a ventilated GRP box under the saloon table. Separate Lifeline 125A/hr start battery for engine and all charging via alternators on main engine or Mastervolt 60amp shore power charger. Batteries new 2018. DC Exterior Lighting: Waterproof Aqua Signal 12V 50W with 5 Pole Aqua Signal plug for use in cockpit and on foredeck (new 2020), spreader lights (new 2014), mast head tri colour and anchor light (new 2014), compass and instrument lights, table light, running lights on pulpit (Hella Marine new 2018), mast and push pit.

Mast Rigging
Vistali is fitted with a mast head rigged, twin in-line spreader aluminium mast and Nitronic rod rigging. The mast has a Harken mainsail track and slider cars for the mainsail luff, check stays, baby forestay (removable) and Harken MK II forestay headsail furler. The aluminium boom is set up for slab reefing with lazy jacks and the mast and boom are painted white. Included is a spinnaker and jockey pole. Standing rigging was last replaced in 2014, as well as an update of required running rigging and full rig service. Running rigging since then serviced or replaced as required. Navtec System 50 hydraulic panel mounted in cockpit controls hydraulic vang and backstay.
