Her present owner has spent considerable effort in modernising and improving her systems and have proven it all worthwhile by enjoying two years of trouble free sailing in Asia. Plans have changed and so Jubilaeum is reluctantly offered for sale. This 77 foot steel Don Brooke motor sailor is an excellent example of a product that can be obtained after a well planned and attentive refit and as such presents in a condition that is actually better than when she was built in New Zealand in 1978. This motor sailor was built with short handed off shore cruising in mind and has the capacity to sail around the world or stay close to shore in absolute comfort. There are three double state rooms for the owner and guests plus crew accommodation for 4 with a head and shower. Ample deck space is offered with great out door entertaining areas. A huge saloon and full size galley add to the luxury of this magnificent vessel. In fact everything about the vessel is large, from the pilot house to the engine room to the navigation station and the guest and owners accommodation.
