40 Foot		George Mottle Naut 40

A voluminous cruiser/racer designed by Joe Adams and built by George Mottle. Raced successfully in both harbour and offshore events, Athanta VI is an eccentric yet practical solution for today's sailing trends. Fitted with cruising equipment and a largely updated inventory; new Volvo 50HP engine (2004), rigging replaced 2002, 3 blade folding propeller, Raymarine instruments with an Autohelm 7000 pilot plus a good selection of sails. Overall she is in good condition and maybe a modest start for a growing family to cruise.
